Studio K-O
What started off as a workout has become much more than that. On top of being an amazing multifaceted workout, Studio KO instructors teach you technical boxing. They are very knowledgeable and are able to quickly see where your opportunities are, and provide feedback for improvement. The group classes are a great way to learn and practise. I’ve also started the 1-1 sessions and they have helped me focus more on my specific opportunities. Love Studio KOs approach, instructors and environment!

9 round Chestermere is always very welcoming, supportive and inclusive. The owner and trainers are all very friendly, knowledgable and motivating. It is the best Gym I’ve ever been to in my 25 years of working out. I love it, it has been my saving grace and I’ve lost 20 lbs and gained a lot of muscle and core strength. It’s a guaranteed fun workout with amazing results.

The coach is fantastic, and the facility is well equipped and clean at all times. It’s laid out well so you never feel cramped and always have space to move. Complete with all the bags you could need, space out back for extra cardio/conditioning stuff, and even a ring. Very fair pricing and great coaching make this the best place to train boxing in town.
